We are grateful for the wonderful wedding ceremony you performed for us.  It was a perfect blend of spirituality, tradition and laughter and a true reflection of everything we desired.  Your welcoming manner and kindness, and the time you took to make sure our ceremony was tailored for us is forever appreciated.  

If you are getting married, we highly recommend Rabbi Novak! Though we live in Seattle, in the months leading up to our wedding, we truly enjoyed getting to know him both in person and over the phone.  As we planned the wedding, he was a valuable source of counsel and guidance, an ally always helping us keep things in perspective.  On the day of our wedding, he was--as always--warm, kind, and positive. He put everyone at ease.  During our ceremony, he did an excellent job of telling our personal story, so much so that our family and friends all assumed he'd known us for years.  Looking back on our wedding, though we enjoyed the reception and the party that followed, our favorite moment was our ceremony.  Our wedding day wasn't the end of our relationship with Rabbi Novak; instead we feel like it has just begun.  And it's worth mentioning that Rabbi Novak is also a lot of fun and has a great sense of humor!  

We had an unforgettable experience with Rabbi Novak getting married in Vermont.  Through meetings and phone calls, he took the time to get to know to us and our families over several months.  This made the ceremony more personal than anything we had imagined.

From the moment we contacted Rabbi Novak my husband and and I felt confident that our wedding ceremony would be exactly how we had envisioned it; meaningful, personalized, and engaging to all. Rabbi Novak exceeded all of our expectations of our wedding officiant and then some. The Rabbi has a particular focus of not only the wedding ceremony planning but more importantly the long term implications of marriage and preparing for this huge milestone in the months before. We spent the many months before our wedding meeting with the Rabbi regularly both in person and over Skype.  This proved to be an excellent way to have a lot of face to face with our officiant and by the time our wedding came we had developed a special relationship and we genuinely felt as though we were being married by someone who not only understood us and  respected us as a couple but someone who we hope to be in touch with in the many years to come in our marriage.

Our wedding ceremony could not have been more wonderful. Rabbi Novak made both sides of the family feel at ease with a ceremony that was both traditional and welcoming.  It was perfect!  Many of our guests told us it was one of the best wedding ceremonies they have attended.  

Thank you so much for being such an incredible rabbi. Your words brought us to tears! All night we had guests come up to us and share what an amazing ceremony it was and how it was so special.  

We we found Rabbi Novak we immediately felt comfortable and relieved to know that we had found someone to officiate our destination wedding in Stowe, VT.  He took the time to understand our unique personalities, our relationship, and values, so that he could understand and appreciate the story of our marriage.  He was very accessible and offered for us to call him at anytime with any questions or concerns.  

Rabbi Novak was extremely accommodating and flexible throughout the planning process - qualities that were very important to us given that we were planning a destination wedding. He wanted to know our families and our backgrounds and spoke separately to our parents.   On a very special Labor Day weekend in beautiful Stowe, Rabbi Novak helped to give us a ceremony that really felt like "us."  His words captured our story, and were thoughtful and inspiring.  We strongly recommend working with Rabbi Novak. Many guests still comment about how special our ceremony was.  Thank you Rabbi Novak for providing us with a Jewish wedding experience as special as ours.
